Consultation Report
This is the initial step in preparing
your house to sell.
- We will attend your home and evaluate all
of your spaces inside and out. This will take
1 – 2
hours.
- We will then
prepare a detailed report which will be emailed to you within 48
hours. The report will consist of a
comprehensive list of tasks required to prepare a house for sale.
It will also give suggestions for paint colours,
de-cluttering and de-personalizing, curb appeal and staging.
A report is 8 – 10 pages long.
- Your Cost: $150
Following a consultation report, House to
Home Staging will come in and stage your house, saving you time and
energy. You may also choose to implement our suggestions
yourself.
Staging
Services
Furniture layout, flow, lighting, scale, and function
will all be addressed to make your house picture perfect and ready
to sell.
- We will redesign your rooms, using your
furniture, rental furnishings or a combination of both.
- We have a wide assortment of tasteful
accessories available to rent, including artwork and linens,
that will bring ‘Wow’ to any room.
- We are also connected with furniture
rental agencies. We will hand select the right items for your
home to fit both style and budget.
- After staging, your property will be
ready to photograph and list.
- Your Cost $65 per hour
